The charger finally arrived, after more than two weeks. Box was partially crushed and ripped open. Box looked like is was wrapped in a plastic grocery bag that was sloppily covered in clear shipping tape. The outside of the box says “DC charger,” but none included—just a USB cable. Afraid to plug the USB into a computer. Device appears cheap and not at all sturdy. There are many 3-in-one chargers on the market that cost less and are much better constructed.

I really wanted and ordered this product in black, I am not at all happy about getting a white one, but the truth is I am most unhappy about the constant barrage of emails to order more products! This company needs to be more respectful, too much is too much!

The watch chargers do not work consistently. We have to unplug and replug in the chargers after every watch charge session, in order to charge the watch again. These chargers are way too expensive for that to be a requirement. I do not recommend them. I’m very disappointed!!

I am on my second unit. Took FOREVER to get a replacement after the BRAND NEW unit did not work. It would only charge my phone. I had to send them videos and prove beyond a reasonable doubt that it would not work. Second unit arrived after 2+ months on proving it did not work. New unit charges the phone and watch but not the earbud case. Getting closer. Customer service sucks so bad I am not even trying this time, will just charge the case the old fashioned way...that way works at least.

I was so looking forward to receiving this product. I had it sent to me in Australia following a lot of research.
Sadly I've had issues having only had it for a couple of weeks.
The phone charging section only trickles in charge...or fails to charge at all. When I sit it on the charge overnight it remains at the same percentage despite saying it's charging.
I'm not sure how to get a new one, as the warranty period is very short

Junk. I ordered one and the watch charger didn't work. Got a replacement and had the same problem. Customer service was a little slow but good. Replacement shipped quickly. They ended up giving me a refund after the second replacement didn't work. Satisfied with customer service but product sucks.

What I received was not what was in the picture it is not MagSafe and I cannot use it because my phone won’t attach to it unless I physically take it out of its case how can we rectify this?

Nice design. Doesn't charge well through MagSafe case. Very slow to charge with 30w adapter. Apple watch takes over an hour to charge from 50% compared to actual Apple watch charger that a about 45 minutes. Good if you're charging while you sleep and not in a hurry.

I had some trouble linking phone to start charging. Had to take phone off and then put it back on dock.
I also received a black docking station when I ordered a white one. Box said white but when opened it is black.

Worst charger I've ever bought. I guess it charges well for just the phone. Watch charger does not engage but 10% of the time, never saw the ear buds able to charge. I was using the correct spec wall brick and still had this issue. Cool idea, but waste of money
